Welcome to Hastings, Michigan a charming riverside and historic community located in Barry County that is wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family. Within and outside of the city center there are many additional family-friendly activities and sites to see and experience. Take a canoe or tube trip down the Thornapple River, or enjoy a weekly outdoor concert running throughout the summer at the Thornapple Plaza. Pick up fresh and local produce at the Hastings Farmers Market or take the kids to the splash pad. Delight in a scenic walk down the Riverwalk Trail or visit one of the many local parks including historic Charlton Park.
